Job Requirements
  1. Possess strong connections with venture capital institutions and be familiar with their investment logic and post-investment service systems;
  2. Possess established connections with major blockchain or digital platform partners;
  3. Have the ability to directly reach and persuade high-potential project teams, and efficiently drive partnership implementation.
Personal Experience and Capability Requirements
  1. More than 2 years of experience in business development, ecosystem partnership, or institutional sales within the Web3 industry, with successful cases of resource conversion;
  2. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and major sectors, capable of conducting professional-level discussions;
  3. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language for high-level business negotiations and communication;
  4. Excellent business capabilities, including sharp strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and outstanding relationship management;
  5. Strong goal orientation and self-motivation, able to proactively explore opportunities and solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
