BIM Services
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish BIM project delivery standards for services such as implementation, consultation, and training — including requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Lead and manage the BIM team to adopt BIM tools and emerging technologies in implementation projects.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update BIM Execution Plans; coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to finalize plans and monitor progress.
  • Research and promote advanced BIM‑related technologies to support integrated practice.
  • Build and develop the company’s technical team.
  • Stay well‑versed in new technologies (VR/AR, cloud platforms, web‑based collaboration, construction management systems).
BIM Sales
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance for the company’s BIM software and services portfolio.
  • Sell BIM services (e.g., BIM modelling) and digital solutions such as Archicad, Fuzor, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Demonstrate BIM software and services to clients; provide pre‑sales consultations and after‑sales support.
  • Identify potential clients, develop new accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive, client‑focused solutions.
  • Monitor service quality and manage client expectations during contract execution.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in assigned segments.
  • Track technology trends, business environment, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering — or formal BIM training (Diploma/Certification).
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in BIM‑based construction, design, drafting, coordination, drawing production, and authority submissions.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the AEC consultancy and construction industry, especially BIM/digital technologies for contractors, consultants, and building owners.
  • Experience in large‑scale public projects (buildings and infrastructure) across Asia, Middle East, etc.
  • Preferred: Experience with HDB and LTA projects.
  • Certification in BIM Management from BCA is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Singapore authority submissions (BCA, LTA, HDB, JTC).
  • Proficiency in BIM software: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
