Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Description:

• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and relevant regulations.
• Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
• Oversee customer invoicing and collections.
• Monitor cash flow and banking transactions.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Handle GST reporting and corporate tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Work with RPA tools to improve efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting software or ERP systems.
• Support finance-related projects and internal controls.
• Assist in audits and financial assessments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP, RPA
• Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on, able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• 5 years of relevant work experience
