Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years PQE.
• Strong experience in banking and finance law preferred.
• Singapore law qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all loans executed under Singapore standard templates.
• Provide legal structuring and regulatory advice for bespoke structured transactions.
• Support all Corporate Bank offshore booking transactions to the Singapore entity.
• Address queries from the Corporate Bank business regarding clients' new initiatives.
• Review and advise on all Singapore regulatory issues.
