Responsibilities

• Drive the transformation and simplification of end-to-end advisory processes, leveraging digitalization and innovation to enhance the client and employee journey across all segments and products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including design, technology, compliance and product teams, to re‑design advisory engagements, processes and platforms.
• Ensure advisory process is compliant with all regulatory and internal requirements, mitigating operational risks through robust control frameworks and proactive issue management.
• Review and identify potential gaps/issues to mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. There should be clear processes, controls and consequence management.
• Provide oversight and guidance to internal stakeholders, fostering a strong risk and control culture.
• Ensuring control and compliance framework is relevant in the rapidly changing environment, mitigating operational risks by driving the controls agenda across all functions.
• Ability to re‑define and rethink end-to-end advisory process through digitalization and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 2–3 years of experience in related or front‑office advisory roles.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services, and platform businesses and systems.
• Preferably have some understanding of FAA-related regulations.
• Strong ability to take ownership for deliverables via customer journey lens.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration skills with ability to deal with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and fast learner.
• Highly adaptable, self‑starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast‑moving and high‑growth environments.
• Comfortable with Design Thinking, IT development and delivery.
