Responsibilities
  • Achieve service standards as set out for Treasures staff to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements.
  • Attend all relevant training and briefings.
  • Address and follow‑up on customer service requests/issues on a daily basis and assist with completion of service‑related transactional orders &/or ad‑hoc projects as assigned by Treasures Client Service Manager. Assist walk‑in customers with their requests/transactions.
  • Identify customers’ financial needs and refer cross‑selling opportunities for Treasures Relationship Managers and specialists to follow up.
  • Process and verify customers instructions for investments products (only applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
  • Offer information on investment products and services available to customers (only applicable for TARMs certified in advisory).
Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in branch operations or financial advisory.
  • Highly meticulous with strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
  • Selected candidate will need to be CMFAS certified as part of the role requirements.
  • Good understanding of financial and investment products.
