We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Billing Team. This operational role involves supporting day-to-day billing activities and ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and payment processing. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of compliance and customer service while delivering quality outcomes.

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers.
• Ensure billing aligns with company policies, client agreements, and payment terms.
• Review client accounts and billing histories for accuracy.
• Correct billing errors and discrepancies promptly.

• Input billing data into the accounting/billing system.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions, invoices, and payment histories.
• Keep client and payment information updated in the system.

• Track and monitor client payments for timely collection.
• Follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, or letter.
• Apply payments to correct accounts and resolve payment issues.

• Address and resolve client billing inquiries and disputes.
• Provide support for billing and payment concerns.
• Assist clients with payment plans or invoice-related issues.

• Prepare regular reports on billing and payment statuses for management.
• Assist in reconciling accounts receivable balances.
• Maintain accurate records for financial reporting.

• Ensure billing practices comply with regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support audits by providing documentation and necessary information.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with billing/accounting systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
