Job Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory:

• Provide strategic legal counsel to the executive team on business operations, contracts, and compliance matters
• Interpret and apply local and international laws and regulations impacting the organization

Contract Management:

• Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of a variety of contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Mitigate legal risks by conducting thorough reviews of contractual agreements

Compliance Oversight:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and assessments

Dispute Resolution:

• Manage legal disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary

Role Requirements:
