Location: West Coast
Salary: $8,000 - $9,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the waste management facility, ensuring efficient and compliant operations across all functions.

• Implement and optimize waste collection, transportation, processing, disposal, and recycling procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Develop and execute long‑term strategic plans, policies, and procedures aligned with business growth, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction, and revenue generation to enhance overall business performance.

• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational, financial, and sustainability outcomes.

• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.

• Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Promote a strong safety‑first culture and environmental responsibility, conducting regular inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

• Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and teams, fostering a positive, high‑performance, and collaborative work environment.

• Oversee cross‑functional coordination across operations, sales, marketing, and customer service, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
