Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Risk, Resilience & Workplace Safety to lead risk governance, business continuity, workplace safety, and compliance across our schools and headquarters. This strategic role plays a key part in safeguarding children, staff, and operations within the early childhood education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organisation‑wide risk management, governance, compliance, and safeguarding initiatives, advising senior leadership and the Board on emerging risks.

• Develop and oversee Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response frameworks to ensure operational resilience and swift recovery during incidents.

• Drive workplace safety and WSH compliance through policies, audits, training, and incident management across all schools and HQ.

• Serve as the primary liaison for regulators and external partners, including oversight of PDPA compliance and data protection governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in risk management, workplace safety, compliance, or resilience‑related roles, preferably within education or childcare.

• Strong knowledge of PDPA, WSH regulations, and sector‑specific licensing requirements.

• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and crisis management capabilities.
