We're Hiring: HR & Admin Manager

(Food Distribution/Manufacturing | Up to $6K | North Singapore)

A leading player in the food distribution & manufacturing industry is looking for a hands‑on, strategic HR & Admin Manager to lead HR operations, culture, and people strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Lead full-spectrum HR (TA, ER, C&B, PM, T&D, HR Ops)
• Advise management on HR strategy & workforce planning
• Drive engagement, performance & culture‑building initiatives
• Oversee payroll, policies, compliance & audits
• Manage HRIS, reporting & office admin
• Champion AI/automation for HR process improvement

What we need:

• 4+ years HR experience
• Strong Singapore HR knowledge
• Great communicator, problem-solver & culture builder
• Digitally savvy with an AI-forward mindset
