Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of Healthcare Services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational, IT, and administrative issues.
• Coordinate patient feedback management and support MOH inspections and audits.
• Drive annual workplans, budgeting, and service improvement initiatives.
• Administer renal programmes including dialysis coordination and claims.
• Liaise with MSWs, external dialysis centres, patients, and caregivers.
• Support staff onboarding, training, and competency tracking.
