• Advise on feasibility, viability, and business impact of new policies and requirements
• Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements as user stories
• Develop user journeys, workflows, prototypes, wireframes, and mock‑ups
• Conduct market research and user interviews to validate problem statements and solution direction
• Perform impact assessment and evaluate change requests
• Define success metrics and create dashboards to track product outcomes
• Support product teams to resolve issues and ensure timely defect rectification
• Analyse results post‑release to drive improvements and future enhancements
• Identify synergies between existing solutions and recommend optimization opportunities
• Oversee product enhancements for secure large file transfers with external stakeholders
• Provide BA support for identity access management platforms, prioritizing features and user adoption

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in Agile projects
• Strong background in: Product management, IT business analysis, Solution design and testing
• Preferably certified as: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
• Strong skills in problem‑solving, conceptual thinking, and prioritization under pressure
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies is an advantage

• Analytical and detail‑oriented
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable liaising with both business and technical teams
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and post‑release analysis
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Pasir Panjang (Maple Tree) OR Buona Vista

Salary: Up to $9,500.00 - depending on experience

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support product development, solution design, and continuous enhancement for enterprise platforms, including secure file transfer solutions and identity access management systems. The role involves close collaboration with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical squads in an Agile environment.
