Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Analyst to join our Fund Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on investment opportunities, developing financial models, and providing investment recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Providing premium investment advisory to Private Wealth clients and formulate investment strategies and portfolio, informed by market conditions and economic trends on a global scale.
  • Determining acceptable risk levels for clients based on time frames, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions.
  • Delivering ideas, trade recommendations and quality investment services within guidelines, and provide up-to-date key market information to Relationship Managers and high net worth clients.
  • Generating an investment policy statement, outlining our clients’ investment objectives.
  • Constructing and rebalancing client portfolios to be consistent with their investment policy statement parameters.
  • Maintaining new and existing client relationships, including informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment views and economic trends, meeting with them to discuss their portfolio performance and investment objectives.
  • Evaluating the performance of investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with standards provided by regulatory organizations, including conformance with investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements and anti-fraud measures.
  • Maintaining good relationships with our partners and counter parties such as the private banks, brokers, investment banks, custodian banks, trustees etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • CFA designates or candidates are preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex investment ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in the investment management field.
