Responsibilities

• Offer strategic guidance and recommendations by interpreting complex business data to inform key product and operational decisions.
• Lead comprehensive research on market trends to clarify challenges and evaluate the scale of business opportunities.
• Assess current business solutions to pinpoint distinct opportunities for optimization or collaborative integration.
• Organize and conduct stakeholder and end-user sessions to collect feedback and define core challenges and objectives.
• Identify principal performance metrics, determine success benchmarks, and construct dashboards for ongoing metrics monitoring.
• Review outcome data after project launches and recommend practical enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate the effects of proposed modifications, ensuring responsible allocation and justification of business resources.
• Facilitate cooperation across departments to align strategic initiatives and guarantee the delivery of desired project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related area.
• At least five years of experience working as a Business Analyst within an agile setting.
• Additional credentials in business analysis or project management are an added advantage.
• Extensive familiarity with the ServiceNow environment, including configuration and system integration aspects.
• Strong background in project management, with preference for candidates holding a PMP certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking, structured problem assessment, and high-quality reporting.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, proven by successful collaboration with various stakeholders.
