Responsibilities

• Gather project status updates from team members, branches, and the head office, consolidating this information to manage the overall project status. If any issues arise, collect relevant details as needed.
• Document project management materials (including the master schedule, task list, WBS, issue list, etc.) and ensure they are kept current and easily accessible, highlighting key points.
• Communicate progress and issues to client members and management.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's overall status on a global scale and across different working groups.
• Create presentation materials for monthly regional steering committee meetings and bi‑monthly Singapore branch steering committee sessions.
• Organize and facilitate communication with client members and management in preparation for the steering committee, including discussing material presentation and key talking points.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Must have min. 5 years of IT systems development experience in Banking industry, candidate with design and test case creation experience is highly preferred.
• Must have Business Analyst or consulting experience in banking industry, especially overseas remittance area experience is preferred.
• Must have experience in the global BPR and/or system rollout project experience.
• Must have good communication skill in English (both spoken and written). Able to speak in Japanese language in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and client.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. XML file format knowledge is also preferred.
