We are seeking an experienced Insurance Presales Consultant who can lead solutioning and architecture discussions for large-scale transformation deals. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in Insurance (Life, P&C, Health) with strong technical acumen in modern technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, APIs, and Digital Platforms. This role involves working closely with clients, sales teams, and delivery units to craft innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that address business challenges and drive digital transformation.

• Presales Solutioning
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end solution architectures for Insurance platforms, including policy administration, claims, underwriting, and distribution.
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and presentations showcasing differentiated capabilities.
• Architecture & Technology Enablement
  • Define target architecture leveraging modern technologies: AI/ML, Cloud-native platforms, Microservices, API-led integration, and Data Analytics.
  • Recommend AI-driven use cases for underwriting, claims automation, fraud detection, and customer personalization.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Thought Leadership
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in InsurTech, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Digital ecosystems.
  • Create POCs and demos to showcase innovative solutions for client engagements.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, webinars, and client workshops.
• Collaboration
  • Work with product teams, delivery units, and technology partners to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to articulate value propositions.

• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Insurance processes (Life, P&C, Health), regulatory frameworks, and digital trends.
• Technical Skills:
  • Solution architecture experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), API/Microservices, and Data platforms.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
• Presales Experience: Proven track record in RFP/RFI responses, deal shaping, and client presentations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Certifications: TOGAF, Cloud Architect, AI/ML certifications.
