Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven VP of Growth, Conversational AI to lead business expansion for our enterprise-grade conversational AI platform. This individual will spearhead go-to-market strategies, business development, and account management across key verticals: BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare, driving commercial success across Southeast Asia markets and geographical expansion.

What will you do?
  • Growth Strategy & GTM Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for ADA’s Conversational AI platform across prioritized key verticals and focused geography.
  • Enterprise Business Development: Build and grow a high-value pipeline by identifying and acquiring strategic enterprise clients, especially in BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare.
  • Account Management & Expansion: Lead the account management team to grow strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring platform adoption, upselling, and long-term growth.
  • Market Intelligence & Product Adoption: Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive enterprise adoption of key products.
  • Partnership Ecosystem: Collaborate with hyperscalers, technology providers, and channel partners to accelerate growth through joint GTM initiatives.
What skill and experience will you need?
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales or business development, preferably in conversational AI, business messaging, CPaaS, MarTech or Commerce tech solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise business in multi-market environments across Asia and/or Middle East.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise tech stack—particularly in how conversational AI integrates with CRM, marketing automation, customer service, and AI/NLP engines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience leading solution sales with multiple stakeholders (IT, marketing, digital, CX).
  • Experience working with or within hyperscalers (Meta, Google, AWS) or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience engaging with large enterprise clients in India and/or China is a strong advantage.
