The Role

This role shapes how humans experience AI. As a Product Designer, you design intuitive interfaces and conversational experiences that help users trust and collaborate with AI agents in high-stakes healthcare settings. You bring a product mindset to ensure designs are usable, safe, and compliant.

Responsibilities
  • User & Business Understanding: Conduct usability testing, interviews, and feedback sessions with patients, clinicians, and enterprise users to identify friction points and design requirements.
  • Experience Design: Design goal-oriented conversation flows and UI patterns that clearly communicate AI actions, confidence levels, and uncertainty; create dashboards to visualize AI performance and outcomes.
  • Design-to-Build Handoff: Translate design decisions into clear, practical specifications for engineers, ensuring alignment between UX intent and technical implementation.
  • Quality & Safety: Define UX standards that minimize user confusion, support safe decision-making, and ensure rapid prototypes meet usability and experience expectations.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX, interaction design, or product design, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or AI-driven products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI, UX, or conversational design work.
