OVERVIEW
Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company located in the CBD, is looking for a sales coordinator.
In this position, business-level Japanese language skills are required as communication with the head office in Japan and some of their clients will be conducted in Japanese. Additionally, relevant experience is also required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries and manage order processing for machine parts and equipment.
Coordinate export/import operations of bag-making machines, liaising with global offices and partners.
Prepare and manage shipping documents and handle all related administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Previous experience in sales administration or general administration roles.
Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (for internal and external communication).
Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to prioritizing various tasks.
Advantageous:
Familiarity with import/export documentation or trading procedures.
Experience working in small teams or multicultural environments.
BENEFITS
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Flexible working hours available within regulated work time
Work-from-home: negotiable (generally full attendance during probation period required)
Salary determined based on experience (around 4,000 SGD)
Annual performance bonuses (AWS) available (Average approximately 4 months of base salary)
Paid leave starting from 14 days
