Job description

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and Marketing Team in day-to-day management and administration of the sales and marketing activities
  • Manage all emails, and telephone queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in the preparation and coordination of sales proposals, agreements, invoices and the annual RFP coordination process
  • Keep database of sales contacts, leads and records organized
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in the production of sales and marketing presentations, fact sheets, distribution of EDMs and sales promotions
  • Assist with ad-hoc Commercial projects as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Support and contribute to COMO’s sustainability goals by implementing environmentally responsible practices within your roles and departments

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Words) and Hotel sales applications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication skills and detail-oriented
