Job Title:Front Desk Executive (Salon)

To manage front desk duties and assist the Shop In-Charge in daily administration, operations, and customer service. This role ensures smooth salon flow and a pleasant experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with check-in/check-out.

• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.

• Provide basic information on treatments, packages, and promotions.

• Follow up with customers for reminders, rescheduling, and post-service care.

• Handle feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.

• Assist Shop In-Charge with staff roster, record-keeping, and paperwork.

• Manage POS system for payments, redemptions, and end-of-day closing.

• Help maintain treatment room readiness and front area cleanliness.

• Support stock checks, usage tracking, and coordinate with HQ on replenishment or returns.

• Update booking system and customer profiles accurately.

• Communicate closely with therapists and consultants to ensure smooth service flow.

• Help monitor service timing and coordinate customer flow during peak hours.

• Step in to assist with light shop duties as required.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Admin experience or front desk handling in a salon/retail setting preferred.

• Familiar with POS systems, booking software, and WhatsApp communication.

• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) will be an advantage to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base, internal operations and department.

• Organized, responsible, and a team player.

• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
