About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Contract Administration Officer to support our contract operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end contract administration and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage contract matters, including reviewing agreements, setting up accounts, activating or terminating contracts, and maintaining contract documentation.
  • Handle meter-related activities such as setup, activation, deactivation, and removal.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to audit requirements, company policies, and EMA/MSSL regulations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external parties such as MSSL and PowerGrid on customer-related matters.
  • Maintain and update databases and systems, including SAP, customer portals, and departmental mailboxes.
  • Supervise junior staff, ensuring proper operational workflows and training manuals are in place.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by simplifying, standardizing, and automating workflows.
  • Assist with new system process implementation and documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract administration or operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Meticulous, organized, and proactive with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
