A leading sales and support company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for data entry and customer support roles. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, preparing documentation, and handling customer enquiries. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
Perform data entry for sales order processing of products and equipment
Prepare sales related documentation & reports
Handle customer enquiries and correspondences on order enquiries and delivery
Liaise with various departments on production planning and delivery issues
General customer support on complaints, technical product & letter of credit matters
Prepare and arrange sending of sales documents, promotion materials & samples
General administrative duties as andwhenrequired
Job Requirements:
Minimum O'Level/A'Level or Diploma in Business or relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
