Salt Talent Search is looking for a Growth Ops Assistant for a 6 months contract role,

the Growth Operations Assistant is responsible for executing manual processes to support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive administration tasks Examples include: – Quality assurance checks of customer orders and associated data entry
• Capture and collation of customer feedback and outcomes relating to initiatives or offers
• Co-ordinate with the project team to ensure tasks are completed in a sequenced and consistent manner
• Ownership of relevant artifacts (e.g., documents to capture feedback) to assist sales consultants in having a positive conversation with a customer
• Assist in troubleshooting customer queries from sales consultants

What do you need:

• Experience in Administration Assistant or similar roles.
• Ability to work autonomously on tasks, willingness to call out issues or opportunities with capacity. Pragmatic and focused on delivering outcomes; biased toward action
• Commitment to consistently delivering on tasks and projects.
• Strong skills across Microsoft Office suite, comfort in learning new software
