Brief Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, prioritizing responsibilities for the MD while also assisting HR and general administration.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas, collaborating across multiple departments to gather necessary materials for various meetings.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, addressing and resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Participate in the office social committee, helping to organize social and CSR activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management and administrative support.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all dealings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a collaborative team spirit.
