Department: Executive Office

Reporting To: Group Chairman

Position Summary

GOWell Technology Singapore designs and manufactures cutting edge wireline logging tools for the oil & gas sector. We’re seeking a polished, proactive professional to deliver high level administrative and commercial support to our Group Chairman and leadership team. You will be the critical link between internal functions (Engineering, Quality, Finance) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, media), leveraging your oil and gas expertise and bilingual fluency to strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Administration

  • Coordinate complex calendars, international travel and meeting logistics for the Group Chairman.
  • Draft, review and prioritize correspondence; prepare briefing packs, board materials and executive summaries.

Leadership Liaison

  • Act as primary point of contact between the Executive Office and internal teams; track action items and ensure timely completion.

Commercial Engagement

  • Manage customer and partner inquiries on proposals and contracts; draft and review commercial documentation.
  • Organize client visits, roadshows and events with meticulous attention to detail.

Bilingual Communication

  • Perform oral and written translation of technical presentations, reports and press releases between English and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy of industry terminology.
  • Represent GOWell in meetings and negotiations when required.

Public Relations & Representation

  • Support investor relations and PR activities; coordinate with media, industry bodies and PR agencies.
  • Host VIP site tours and networking events, projecting a polished corporate image.

Process Improvement & Confidentiality

  • Identify and implement efficiencies in executive workflows and document management.
  • Handle all confidential materials with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Geosciences or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Commercial Coordinator or similar role within the oil & gas drilling/logging industry.
  • Deep understanding of drilling/logging tools, field service operations and associated commercial workflows.
Skills & Competencies
  • Native level written and spoken fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, with confidence in public speaking and PR settings.
  • Excellent organization, keen attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Unwavering integrity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
