We are looking for talented and dedicated professionals to fill two critical roles within our organization—one focused on securing and managing our enterprise cloud environment, and the other focused on developing specialized software for our advanced manufacturing equipment.

Opportunity 1: Microsoft 365 Specialist (Location - West region)

🖥️ Role Title: Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Administrator

This role is the cornerstone of our internal IT security and operational efficiency, focused on managing our Microsoft cloud services and all company devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Device Management: Oversee device lifecycle, configuration, and security (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) using Intune, including application deployment and patch management.
• Security & Access: Conduct regular privileged access reviews, manage Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), and respond swiftly to Azure AD security alerts.
• Operational Support: Provide L1-L3 technical troubleshooting for M365 issues (MFA, Teams, Intune) and ensure timely ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Administer policies for DLP, retention, and eDiscovery, and conduct 24x7 monitoring of the M365 tenant health.
• Training: Develop training materials and deliver awareness sessions to enhance end-user security and M365 adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Intune device management.
• Knowledge of Azure AD security, RBAC, and compliance policies (DLP, eDiscovery).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across multiple levels (L1-L3) and strong communication abilities.
• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.

Opportunity 2: Software Engineer (Location - North)

⚙️ Role Title: Software Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing Systems

This development role is vital for integrating and optimizing high-performance software that controls our semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Control: Design, develop, and maintain software for semiconductor equipment, focusing on motion control, data acquisition, and process automation.
• System Integration: Work closely with hardware and mechanical engineers to integrate software with high-precision components, including developing real-time and embedded systems software.
• Optimization: Perform rigorous software testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Advanced Tech: Implement advanced algorithms, including machine learning, computer vision, and AI, to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all software adheres to industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and Singapore's workplace regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in C++ for embedded systems, automation, or UI/UX development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.
• A Plus: Understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, or computer vision for industrial applications.
