The package includes a salary of $8,000/month with a team of 70 under your leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead full production operations, scheduling, and daily workflow.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing including supply chain and quality control.
• Implement new manufacturing processes and maintenance strategies.
• Manage costs and production forecasts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and ISO9001 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Kaizen.
• Ensure workplace safety and risk management.

A well-established premium medal, jewellery, and fine gifts manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Head of Operations & Production to lead their growing operations in Singapore.

This is a key leadership role overseeing the full manufacturing lifecycle — from raw materials to finished luxury products — while driving operational excellence, quality assurance, cost efficiency, and team performance.

🔧 What You’ll Lead

• Full production operations, scheduling & daily workflow
• End‑to‑end manufacturing: supply chain, QC, resource allocation, shipment
• Implementation of new manufacturing processes & maintenance strategies
• Cost management, production forecasts & precious material handling
• Quality management systems & ISO9001 compliance
• Continuous improvement: Lean, Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis
• Workplace safety, risk management & governance
• Strategic planning, analytics & cross‑functional leadership
• Leading & developing Supervisors and a production team of 70

✅ Requirements

• Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
• Strong background operating manufacturing facilities in China (jewellery, medallions, luxury retail, fine gifts highly preferred)
• Experience managing 200+ headcount
• Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years in management
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and hands‑on operational approach
