A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a highly efficient Finance Assistant/Executive to manage financial operations. The ideal candidate will perform data entry, process staff disbursements, manage vendor payments, and support accounts receivable. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent customer service skills. This role demands strong numerical abilities and organizational skills.
We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Finance Assistant/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial data entry, processing monthly staff disbursements, managing payments, and handling some accounts receivables. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a customer service-oriented mindset to ensure smooth financial operations.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records in accounting systems.
Process monthly staff disbursements, including payroll-related transactions.
Handle payments to vendors and service providers in a timely manner.
Assist with accounts receivable, including invoice tracking and follow-ups.
Reconcile financial transactions and ensure records are up to date.
Support the finance team in preparing reports and financial statements.
Respond to internal and external financial inquiries with a customer service-oriented approach.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Assist in any other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Highly efficient, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
