Job Scope

• Providing secretarial support HOD - Dt Tan and her Team
• Admin support for the team
• Travel Arrangements (Flight, Hotel, Transport)
• Visa Applications
• Managing & submission of Expenses/Claims
• Supports training logistics which will include food catering and source for external training rooms when required.
• Processing invoices for office related expenses
• Work closely with HR and IT to set up offices and workstations for new hire
• Manage office facilities, maintenance, repairs, renovation, refurbishments, workstations, and seating arrangements
• Support general administrative functions
• Other ad-hoc projects

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in business administration or any field of studies
• At least 1-3 year of admin experience in social or healthare sector
