Job summary

A staffing service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage the sales incentives process and optimize CRM-related business processes. This role involves conducting business analytics and improving efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Job Scope

Sales Incentive

  • Manage end-to-end sales incentives process from calculation to payout.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency via process or system enhancement
  • Work under time pressure to ensure that results are finalised before submission deadline
CRM Optimization and Process Development
  • Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes
  • Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned
  • Lead processes standardisation projects independently across APAC and METAP markets, provide guidelines and training for the Sales team
Business Analytics and Reporting
  • Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization that delivers actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a client-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields
  • Highly analytical and attention to details
  • Comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus)
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion

  • Salary – Up to S$6.2K
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract

  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Hybrid
