Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to handle project documentation, coordinate schedules with customers, and support the Operations/Sales teams. Applicants should possess at least a diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The role demands strong administrative skills and effective communication as well as the ability to manage customer feedback. Note that only Singaporeans can apply for this full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project documentation including Site Clearance and Risk Assessments.
  • Assist in work planning and budget control.
  • Coordinate job schedules with customers.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints.
  • Ensure timely billing for work done.
  • Maintain department filings and records.
  • Prepare quotations and internal registrations.
  • Renew and maintain relevant licenses.
  • Provide admin support to Operations/Sales Team.
  • Assume other duties as needed.

Job description
Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of project documentations (Site Clearance, Name List, PTW, Risk Assessment etc)

2. Assist in planning for jobs required according to work schedule and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control.

3. Coordinate with customers and plan for job schedules. Evaluate customer needs and respond effectively with a good plan.

4. Liaise with operations and sales team on customers’ feedbacks and complaints

5. Liaise with operations and sales team and accounts department for timely billing of work done

6. Maintaining proper department filings and records

7. Assist in preparations of quotations, and internal registration.

8. Renewal and maintain relevant licenses.

9. Provide administration support to the Operations/ Sales Team

10. Assume any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
