West Coast - Accounts Executive (Nursing Home)
Résumé du poste
A residential care facility in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage Residents' accounts and assist with financial reporting. Candidates should have a Certificate in Accountancy and at least one year of experience, preferably in a nursing home setting. This position offers a 5-day work week with a salary commensurate to experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year accounting experience.
- Experience in handling Nursing Home related accounting duties an added advantage.
Responsabilités
- Prepare and maintain Residents/Clients’ accounts including invoicing and payment.
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of accounts.
- Assist in GST Filing for quarterly submission and maintaining proper filing of accounts record.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the team.
Connaissances
Formation
- Prepare and maintain Residents/Clients’ accounts – AR ,AP,GL include invoicing and payment

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the team
- Detail oriented
- Able to meet timeline
- Experience in handling Nursing Home related accounting duties an added advantage
- Certificate in Accountancy
- Minimum 1 year accounting experience
Work Location: West Coast Crescent
5 days work week, 9am to 6pm
Salary will commensurate with relevant working experience.
