Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Accounts Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure timeliness in payment from vendors and/or customers
• Issue debit and credit notes
• Maintain petty cash vouchers and preparation of expenses claim and record transactions
• Arrange payment to suppliers
• Reconciliation of suppliers’ statement of accounts
• Assist with GST submission quarterly and reconciliation
• Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• A level or Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experiences in accounting is an added advantage
• Knowledge in SAP system is an added advantage
