Job summary

A dynamic trading and distribution company in Singapore is looking for a Finance Operations Executive. This role includes managing daily transactions, performing reconciliations, processing invoices, and supporting office administration tasks. Candidates should have a diploma in finance or accounting and 1-3 years of related experience. Familiarity with MYOB and Microsoft Excel is essential. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data entry roles.
• Familiarity with MYOB, U8, and intermediate Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TT transactions and ensure all bank-related activities are recorded on time.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Review and process invoices and agreements.
• Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance.
