Job summary

A dynamic interior design company in Singapore is seeking a Junior Executive in Accounting. The role involves recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts receivable. Ideal candidates should have a Degree in Accountancy or be pursuing ACCA with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Xero is required. Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience or currently pursuing ACCA.
• Proficient in Ms Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, organized and time management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Recording financial transactions into accounting software.
• Balancing accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
• Assisting in creation of balance sheets and income statements.
• Generating and sending invoices to clients.
• Calculating and processing employee payroll.
