Job summary
A local transport company in Singapore is seeking an accountant to manage day-to-day accounting functions and handle accounts payable and receivable. The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. Candidates should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities
- Handle day to day accounting function.
- Perform functions of Account payable & Receivable.
- Update information and prepare reports.
- Handle motor insurance administrative duties.
Skills
Education
- Handle day to day accounting function.
- Perform function of Account payable & Receivable, i.e. reconciliation, coding of invoices maintained, fix assets register, preparation of payment etc.
- Update information and prepare reports.
- Basic account knowledge.
- Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadliness.
- To handle all other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
- Handle motor insurance administrative duties.

5 days work, company transport pick up at Bishan MRT/ Jurong East MRT.
