An educational services company in Singapore is looking for a financial manager to handle accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and maintain ledgers. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong financial skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a 5-day work week with opportunities for proactive contributors.
Manage accounts payable and account receivable
Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, account supporting schedules and internal control reports
Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers
Carry out month-end closing activities
Other administrative support as assigned – Chasing payment

Min. 2-year relevant experience
Strong financial competency, analysis and problem solving skills
Proactive, hands – on, resourceful and with an eye for details and accuracy
Able to work in a fast – paced environment, meticulous and adhere to tight deadlines
Possess positive learning attitude & a good team player
Resilience, resourceful and goal oriented
Able to work independently
5 day work week
