The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position and a strong technical background in HVAC and electrical systems. Proficiency in CMMS software is a must. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities across the stores. The role ensures optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and resources while minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining cost control.
Analyze maintenance trends and recommend improvements to enhance asset reliability and reduce breakdowns.
