Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and BOQ to identify material requirements.
• Prepare and compile Material Technical Submittals for approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers to collect technical data sheets and certificates.
• Maintain and update Material Submittal Log and Material Tracker.
• Follow up on submitted materials and coordinate responses.
• Ensure submittals meet project standards.
• Support procurement by confirming approved materials.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure materials align with approvals.
