Salary: 900$ per month.

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Medina. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production process. This is a full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines according to specifications.
• Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keep records of production output and machine maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience operating specific types of machines such as CNC machines or injection molding machines.
