Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and programming languages.
• Proven ability to source and close high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technical roles including Engineering and AI.
• Conduct screening and evaluate candidates' competencies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients.
