• Monitor accommodation for hygiene, safety, and comfort.
• Oversee catering services for food quality and nutrition.
• Ensure fair hiring practices and ethical recruitment.
• Manage grievance mechanisms and promote mental health awareness.
• Conduct audits and report non‑compliance to senior management.
• Organize cultural and recreational activities to improve morale.

• 15+ years’ experience in worker welfare management.
• Strong knowledge of ILO standards and labor laws.
• Experience on large construction projects.
