Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a refractory supervisor in a steel plant.
• Experience in executing and supervising refractory maintenance jobs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise refractory repair in DC-EAF, steel ladles, and tundishes.
• Execute and supervise refractory maintenance jobs according to the plan.
• Monitor ladle preparation and tapping ladle planning.
• Prepare daily reports including shift, EAF & ladle erosion profile.
