Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading group of companies in KSA – NEOM PROJECT (The line).

Position: Assit Integrity Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia.

Project Name: NEOM PROJECT (The line).

Role Purposes

To ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of assets within NEOM Operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to maintain and enhance the integrity of equipment and associated infrastructure throughout their lifecycle,

Key Accountability and Activities

Implement risk‑based inspection strategies, analyze data for condition assessment, conduct life extension studies, and coordinate maintenance activities to optimize asset performance and prevent unplanned outages.

Manage technical documentation, ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and provide technical expertise for informed asset investments and replacement decisions.

Develop and implement an asset integrity management system (AIMS) to define risk assessment methodologies, inspection and maintenance plans, data management procedures, and corrective action processes.

Analyze asset risks, failure modes, consequences, and likelihoods for critical assets. Prioritize risks based on their impact on safety, reliability, and compliance.

Develop and manage inspection and maintenance programs to minimize risks and extend asset life.

Ensure regulatory compliance by staying up to date on industry standards and legal requirements for asset integrity practices.

Regularly communicate asset integrity risks, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior management, operations teams, and regulators.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards, and a commitment to compliance.

Knowledge of utility‑specific assets, including power plants, transformers, switchgear, pumps, motors, sewage and water treatment plants.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for interpreting data and identifying trends.

Effectively planning and scheduling inspections, maintenance activities, and resource allocation.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and collaborating effectively with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.

Ability to manage asset integrity projects within budget, scope, and time constraints.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset integrity management. Experience in the utilities sector is preferred.

Proven track record of success in implementing asset integrity programs. Demonstrated ability to achieve performance improvements and cost savings.

Experience in advising, supervising, and motivating technical staff is essential.

Familiarity with Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) applications, asset management software, data analysis tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Certification in Asset Integrity Management is preferred.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
