Key Responsibilities:
Manage several POS within a specific territory.
Develop the POS network to meet area-specific targets.
Expand the distribution channel by onboarding new POS to the sales network.
Conduct regular field visits to assigned POS and report results on a daily basis.
Ensure continuous product availability in the market.
Resolve any POS-related issues in coordination with relevant parties.
Continuously update the POS database.
Submit regular reports to the direct manager on market status and POS performance.
Ensure timely cash collection without any delays.
Achieve defined sales and expansion goals.
Preferred to have an existing customer database.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar sector.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using computer applications and data entry.
Ability to commute and perform daily field work.
