Job summary
A leading Renewable Energy company is seeking a Market Manager based in Dammam. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, nurture customer relationships, and lead the market team. Candidates must be Saudi Nationals with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing or Sales. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master's is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue goals within the assigned market.
- Identify market opportunities, analyse competitors, and recommend business development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the market team to foster performance and collaboration.
- Develop and manage the market budget for effective resource allocation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development in High Voltage.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
