We are looking for a driven and ambitiousSeniorSales Executive - Acquisition to lead our new business growth in the KSA.

This is a pure sales role;you will be the person generating opportunities, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and hungry to achieve results while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients in the KSA market, focusing on Jeddah.
  • Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for new acquisitions.
  • Conduct physical and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders to present software solutions and secure contracts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to sharpen the sales strategy.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of opportunities in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Skills
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in SaaS solutions; HR technology/solutions sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
  • Proven track record of closing new business deals and achieving/exceeding quotas.
  • Strong hunter mentality with resilience, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
  • Based in KSA, with willingness to travel within the KSA (especially Jeddah).
  • Must own a car and have valid KSA driving license.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by results.
