Leverage your expertise and become a key part of a dynamic manufacturing team in a leading plastic injection molding environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a Plastic Injection Mold Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying injection molds to ensure high-quality production with minimal downtime. You will also collaborate with production and design teams to optimize mold performance and longevity.

Key Accountabilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molds.
  • Inspect molds for wear, damage, or deformation and perform polishing, welding, or machining as required.
  • Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble molds according to scheduled maintenance.
  • Identify root causes of defects (e.g., flashing, short shots, deformation) and implement corrective actions.
  • Operate lathe, milling, grinding, and CNC machines to repair or fabricate mold components.
  • Manufacture replacement parts such as cores, cavities, inserts, and ejector pins with high precision.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, conventional lathes, surface grinders, and other tool room equipment.
  • Maintain all tooling, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with production and mold design teams to improve mold performance and support modifications.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Tool & Die, Mechanical Engineering, Machining Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection mold maintenance and machining.
  • Hands‑on experience with CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other tool room equipment.
  • Proven ability to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish per mold design specifications.
  • Experience in troubleshooting mold defects and implementing corrective actions.
