A leading hotel in Makkah is seeking an experienced Assistant Cost Controller to assist in daily cost management activities. Your responsibilities will include stock taking, inventory checks, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have a degree in hotel management or accounting and at least two years of experience in a hotel setting, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in related tools.

Qualifications

• At least two years previous experience within a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cost Controller in stock taking of various stores.
• Conduct bi annual operating equipment inventory and report losses.
• Verify spoilage reports for proper accounting.
• Assist Cost Controller in yield testing of food products.
• Conduct market surveys of food products.
• Input new pricing and menus into the micros POS.
• Account for daily inter-outlet transfer requests.
